£1,000 JOHN LEWIS GIFT CARD PROMOTION
PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms apply to FrameTek’s limited gift-with-purchase promotion for qualifying full-build home extensions. They should be read alongside the customer’s building contract.
OFFER SUMMARY

Closing point: The earlier of all three places being secured or 23:59 on 30 November 2026
IMPORTANT
An enquiry, estimate, verbal promise or unsigned quotation does not reserve a promotional place. The promotion must be expressly identified in writing by FrameTek and confirmed as secured after the signed contract and cleared deposit are received.
1. PROMOTER
The promoter is FRAMETEK LTD, company number 16835366, whose registered and correspondence address is 17 Braithwaite Close, Kettering, England, NN15 7JS (“FrameTek”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND AVAILABILITY
The promotion opens when FrameTek first publishes an advertisement containing this offer on or after 8 September 2026.
It closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026, or as soon as three qualifying promotional places have been secured, whichever happens first.
Only three gift cards are available. FrameTek will keep a dated record of allocated places and will confirm current availability before a customer is asked to rely on the offer.
The words “subject to availability” do not create additional places beyond the stated three.
The closing date will not be changed unless unavoidable circumstances outside FrameTek’s reasonable control make a change necessary and customers who have already secured a place are not disadvantaged.
3. WHO MAY QUALIFY
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are contracting as consumers for work to a domestic property they own, jointly own or are properly authorised to improve, within FrameTek’s accepted service area.
The customer must contract directly with FRAMETEK LTD. Directors, employees and members of their immediate households may not claim the promotion.
Nothing in this promotion requires FrameTek to quote for or accept a project. Projects remain subject to FrameTek’s normal checks, including location, capacity, technical feasibility, planning status and mutually acceptable contract terms.
4. QUALIFYING PROJECT
Full-build extension
The project must be a full-build extension to an existing domestic property, with FrameTek responsible for the principal construction package through to the completion stage stated in the signed contract.
Excluded work
Frame-only, supply-only, installation-only, shell-only, design-only, planning-only, ground-screw-only, internal renovation, bathroom, maintenance, repair, garden-room, annexe and other stand-alone packages do not qualify unless FrameTek expressly confirms otherwise in the signed promotion confirmation.
Minimum value
The original qualifying contract value must be at least £40,000 before VAT. Where VAT is charged at 20%, this equates to at least £48,000 including VAT.
How the value is calculated
The threshold is assessed using the original price for eligible FrameTek construction work.
VAT, finance charges, statutory fees, third-party professional fees, customer-supplied items, later variations and optional extras are excluded.
A project cannot qualify only because later variations take it above the threshold.
5. HOW TO SECURE ONE OF THE THREE PLACES
Before signing or paying a deposit in reliance on the offer, the customer must obtain a written quotation, contract or separate promotion confirmation from FrameTek that expressly identifies the £1,000 John Lewis Gift Card Promotion.
A place is secured only when:

FrameTek has received the signed qualifying building contract;
-
FrameTek has received the full contract deposit in cleared funds before the stated deadline; and
-
FrameTek has confirmed the allocated promotional place in writing.
The qualifying time is the later of the time the signed contract and cleared deposit are received.
Places are allocated in qualifying-time order. If all three places have already been secured, FrameTek will notify the customer before accepting a booking under the promotion.
No social-media message, verbal statement or advertisement alone reserves a place.
6.EXISTING ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS
Contracts signed before the promotion opened do not qualify, and the offer cannot be claimed retrospectively.
An existing enquiry or unsigned quotation may qualify only if, before the customer signs, FrameTek reissues or supplements the quotation in writing to include the promotion and all other eligibility requirements are met.
7. THE GIFT CARD
Each successful qualifying booking entitles the contracting customer to one John Lewis gift card with a face value of £1,000.
There is a maximum of one gift card per contract, property, project and household, including where a contract has joint customers or is split into phases.
The offer is a gift with a qualifying purchase, not a competition or prize draw.
It cannot be exchanged with FrameTek for cash, used as a discount, deducted from invoices or applied towards the contract deposit, variations or final account.
The gift card is subject to John Lewis’s own terms, including any validity, redemption and replacement rules. Once correctly delivered, its use, loss or transfer is governed by those retailer terms.
8. WHEN THE GIFT CARD IS ISSUED
FrameTek will issue the gift card within 30 calendar days after both:

FrameTek has confirmed practical completion under the building contract; and
-
Every sum properly due to FrameTek under that contract, including the final account, has been paid in cleared funds.
The gift card will be sent to the primary customer named in the contract using the email or postal address confirmed at handover.
Joint customers receive one shared gift card, not one each.
A project may complete after the promotion’s closing date and remain eligible, provided its promotional place was validly secured before the promotion closed.
9. CHANGES, CANCELLATION AND NON-PAYMENT
The offer will lapse if the customer:

Cancels or terminates the building contract before practical completion;

Does not pay sums properly due;
-
Transfers the project without FrameTek’s written agreement; or
-
Changes the scope so that it no longer satisfies these terms or falls below the £40,000 qualifying value.
If a contract ends before practical completion for any reason, no gift card becomes due.
This does not limit either party’s separate rights or remedies under the building contract or applicable law, including statutory cancellation rights.
10. OTHER OFFERS AND REFERRALS
The promotion cannot be combined with any other FrameTek discount, voucher, incentive, referral payment or promotional offer unless FrameTek expressly agrees otherwise in writing before the building contract is signed.
11. AVAILABILITY OF THE ADVERTISED RETAILER
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by John Lewis, and no partnership with John Lewis is implied.
If John Lewis gift cards cease to be available or cannot reasonably be supplied for reasons outside FrameTek’s control, FrameTek may, after consulting the customer, provide a gift card of the same £1,000 face value for a comparable national home, interiors or appliance retailer.
A secured customer’s reward value will not be reduced.
12. PROMOTIONAL IMAGES AND PROJECT SPECIFICATION
Promotional images illustrate the type of space that may be created and do not form part of the customer’s design, specification, quotation or building contract.
Any AI-generated image will be labelled as an AI concept visualisation and must not be understood as a photograph of a completed FrameTek project.
The customer’s works are only those stated in the signed building contract and specification.
13. FAIR USE AND VERIFICATION
FrameTek may request reasonable evidence needed to verify eligibility, ownership or authority to commission the work.
FrameTek may refuse or withdraw the promotional benefit where there is evidence of fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, duplicate claims, artificial splitting of contracts or other abuse, provided the decision is reasonable and supported by evidence.
14. DATA PROTECTION
Personal information will be used to administer the enquiry, building contract and promotion in accordance with FrameTek’s Privacy Policy.

15. GENERAL
These terms govern only the promotional gift. The signed building contract governs the design and construction services.
If the two documents address the same promotional point, the specific written promotion confirmation takes priority. It cannot reduce a secured customer’s £1,000 reward.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the customer’s statutory consumer rights.
These terms and the promotion are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
